Achieving therapeutic goals through dance!
Ali Schwartz, OT Reg. (Ont.), and Lindsey Schwartz, Registered Physiotherapist, both grew up dancing competitively in a variety of styles, which sparked their love for movement and therapy. With years of experience teaching dance to children of all ages and abilities, they bring a unique blend of clinical expertise and creative movement to their work. Both currently practice at SickKids and are also actively involved in pediatric care within the community. Ali and Lindsey are passionate about using dance as a powerful tool to support therapeutic goals and are excited to share their knowledge, creativity, and love of dance with you!
Alison (Ali) Schwartz is a Registered Occupational Therapist with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is dedicated to making each therapy session engaging, individualized, and goal-driven. Ali has experience supporting children with a wide range of diagnoses in both school and hospital settings. She currently works privately in the community as well as at SickKids with infants and children within the cardiac population.
Lindsey Schwartz is a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. She is passionate about working with children and strives to help each child reach their fullest potential. Lindsey has extensive experience working with children of all ages in both hospital and community settings. She currently practices at SickKids, where her clinical focus includes neurodevelopment and neurological rehabilitation
